CIMA SAS carried out the design, manufacture, and modernization of six (06) units of waste fluid separation benches, intended to optimize the management of hazardous waste such as oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids.
This project incorporated modern structural engineering, focused not only on the equipment’s functional efficiency but also on its strength and durability. A robust and optimized structural design, applying advanced industrial welding to ensure a high-integrity assembly, in line with the demanding operating conditions of the aeronautical environment.
In addition, a process for specialized painting processwas implemented, using coatings resistant to chemicals and corrosive agents, ensuring long-term protection and a professional aesthetic appearance.
From the very beginning, the project was based on the specific requirements outlined by the client prior to manufacturing. The entire development process adhered to quality and safety standards, aiming not only for high efficiency in waste separation, but also ease of operation, maintenance, and operator safety.
With this project, CIMA SAS reaffirms its commitment to applied innovation, environmental sustainability and excellence in engineering solutions for the aviation industry.
